Challenge
A national defense force operating in one of the most contested low-altitude environments globally had no authoritative picture of that airspace. Sensor feeds arrived fragmented and without confidence scoring; friendly aerial assets and hostile aircraft were difficult to distinguish at speed, with each unit working from its own partial view.
Solution
A joint development program delivers the IDF's low-altitude airspace system of record - Airwayz embedded teams co-develop new capabilities and integration of OVERWATCH applications into existing systems. Priority workstreams are airspace data architecture (confidence scoring and richer sensor metadata), operator training simulation on the live interface, and a sector-based policy and rules engine.
