Executive Assistant\Office Admin

A unique opportunity to join and take a lead role working with our executives. You will become the CEO’s personal assistant and aid the company’s top C’s level management routine. Moreover, you will be responsible of managing the office and help with most of the administrative tasks of the company. An ideal candidate will be a highly energetic, sharp, with good ‘people skills’ and also a ‘go-getter’ - that will fit within our company’s DNA.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as Office admin - take care of whole office daily routine, make us feel at home.    

  • Acting as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

  • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence, Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive diaries.

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

  • Organizing events and conferences.

  • Managing databases and filing systems implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

  • Liaising with staff & HR, suppliers and clients, Aid the Operations with administrative needs.

  • Collating and filing expenses, aiding the CFO with services

Job requirements


  • experience in an administrative role (similar past position - an advantage).

  • Strong interpersonal skills, whilst using tact and diplomacy.

  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs.

  • Active listening and good communication skills.

  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Strong time-management and organization skills.
